FRIDAYS ONLY (5/21-9/10)
Pier GSRs assist guests as they arrive and depart their Alaska cruise. This is a Friday only position in Seward, AK. The responsibilities of this position include meeting the ship and coordinating transfers, resolving guest service issues, and administering ship check-in. A Seward Pier GSR must work closely with other GSR's, Luggage Handlers, Tour Directors, and Drivers. Full and part time hours on Fridays only.

Excellent guest service skills, strong verbal communication skills, and a willingness to work varying schedules.
The role of a Pier Coordinator is to support check-in agents during embarkation, including collecting balances due on guest's accounts and assisting with sales and upgrades of available staterooms. Pier Coordinators provide administrative, reporting, and problem solving support throughout the arrival check-in process.

The role of the Assistant Pier Supervisor is to supervise terminal operations for both disembarkation and embarkation of cruise ship passengers. The Assistant Pier Supervisor supervises the terminal set up for disembarking all independent and train guests. Afterward, the Assistant Pier Supervisor oversees the set up of the terminal for embarking guests and is then on site to help staff and guests with any check-in questions or concerns.
