Manifest Specialist  |
| Overview: |
Manifest Specialists will be organizing guest lists into working manifests for Tour and Motorcoach operations. Responsibilites include but are not limited to assembling tour packages, creating hotel amnifests, tracking special service requests, creating/editing manifests for ship transfers, and compiling tour packets. This position requires a great deal of organization and flexibility. You will be working closely with the management staff to develop manifests as needed. |
| Requirements: |
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm and have good communication skills. |

Tour Director  |
| Overview: |
The role of the Tour Director is to provide a safe and unforgettable Alaskan experience to our guests. Tour Directors will be managing tours between Seward and Fairbanks, escorting guests between overnight destinations, airports, trains, hotels. Tour Directors must be prepared to educate and entertain groups of up to 55 tour guests with regional specific commentary, storytelling, and games. Tour Directors must also be able to effectively sell Land Excursions to guests to generate revenue for the company. |
| Requirements: |
Solid knowledge of Alaska history and geography, highly organized, strong communication and problem solving skills, able to lift 50 pounds, and be available for multiple overnight schedules. |
| Pay Summary: |
$9.00/hour + per diem and gratuities |

Talkeetna Guest Service Rep  |
| Overview: |
Talkeetna GSR's will staff an information desk/office and assist guests as they arrive and depart Talkeetna. The responsibilities of this position include assisting guests with their day to day activities, resolving guest service issues, and coordinating with multiple vendors to ensure seamless guest service. A Talkeetna GSR must work closely with other GSR's, Tour Directors, and Drivers. |

Excellent guest service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness to work varying schedules, able to lift and move 50 pounds. |

Land Excursion Specialist  |
| Overview: |
Land Excursion Specialists are primarily responsible for booking guests optional excursions. Responsibilities include releasing and confirming block space for optional tours, frequent communication with tour directors and vendors, and maintaining an accurate and up to date reservation book. Assistance in other aspects of online land excursion bookings and pre-trip preparation is also involved. This position requires a detailed person who enjoys organization, phone communication, and scheduling. |

Excellent organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively via the telephone, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. |

Tour Operations Supervisor  |
| Overview: |
The Tour Operations Supervisor oversees the day to day operations within Tour Operations and offers administrative support to the manager of the Tour Operations Department. Responsibilities include maintaining all daily operations documents, tour director rooming lists and staff repositioning. The supervisor organizes and distributes weekly tour packets, updates tour operations boards and assists with guest service and field support. This position works closely with the Fairbanks, Motorcoach and Rail operations as well as outside vendors. |
| Requirements: |
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and prior experience using basic office equipment such as a fax machine, photo copier, and telephone. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management and employees. Be able to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision and work in a team environment with other employees and vendors. Must have excellent guest service skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively via written or verbal medium. |
